Ingredients

  

  • 8 ounce(s) lean ground beef
  • 1 cup(s) onion, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) celery, chopped
  • 8 ounce(s) green pepper, cubed
  • 3 1/2 cup(s) tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1 cup(s) frozen peas
  • 2 cup(s) small carrots, diced
  • 1 cup(s) uncooked rice or elbow macaroni
  • 12 floz water

Instructions

 

  • In skillet, brown ground beef and drain off fat.
  • Add rest of ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat until boiling.
  • Reduce to low heat and simmer for 35 minutes and serve hot.
