Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) canola oil
- 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 cup(s) water
- 2 1/4 cup(s) flour
- 1/4 cup(s) nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 3 tablespoon(s) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 ounce(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup(s) raisins
- 1/2 cup(s) walnuts
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine sugars and oil and mix thoroughly.

Add vanilla and egg whites and beat well.

Stir in water.

In separate bowl, combine flour, milk, baking soda, and cocoa powder; add to wet ingredients.

Stir in chocolate chips, raisins, and nuts.

Drop by heaping tbs onto lightly oiled cookie sheets.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove from sheets immediately and cool on racks.
