
Party Slices
This open-faced “sandwich” is served on a slice of bread. The beef, sausage, onion and cheese mixture comes together wonderfully for a super succulent taste.
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) ground beef
- 16 ounce(s) bulk sausages
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 16 ounce(s) American cheese, cubed
- 1 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste
- 1 Party rye bread- as much as desired
Instructions

Brown beef, pork and onion until onion is tender; drain.

Stir in remaining ingredients except bread.

Spread rye bread with about 1 tbsp mixture each and broil until hot and bubbly.

May be frozen and broiled without defrosting.
