
Tiny Ham Quiches
Instead of pie crusts, this quiche recipe draws upon the great taste of ready-made crescent dinner rolls. Stuff them with a few great ingredients and you’ve got gourmet appetizers.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup(s) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup(s) finely diced cooked ham
- 2 green onions, chopped fine
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
- 8 refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Instructions

Flatten out the crescent rolls into one large rectangle and cut into 2-inch squares.

Spray mini-muffin pan with cooking spray.

Gently push squares into the muffin pan holes.

Beat the eggs and add the other ingredients.

Fill the muffin pastries.

Cook at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown on top and serve warm.
