Ingredients

  

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cup(s) flour
  • 1 tablespoon(s) garlic
  • 7 jumbo grilled shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste
  • 1 Vegetable oil for deep frying, as needed

Instructions

 

  • Mix eggs, flour and garlic until smooth.
  • Fold in shrimp and cheese; season to taste.
  • Using a spoon or small ladle, drop mixture in vegetable oil that has been heated to 350 degrees.
  • Cook until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes.
