Orange Lamb with Noodles

Ingredients

  

  • 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 16 ounce(s) lamb, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 3 ounce(s) Ramen noodles
  • 8 floz water
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 celery ribs, sliced
  • 4 tablespoon(s) sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/2 cup(s) orange sections
  • 1/4 cup(s) almonds, chopped

Instructions

 

  • Heat oil and crushed garlic cloves on medium-high heat in a large skillet or wok.
  • Add lamb and stir-fry about 3 minutes, or until no longer pink; remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Break up Ramen noodles, and add the noodles, water, the included flavor packet, sliced zucchini, sliced carrot, red bell pepper, and thinly sliced celery ribs to the skillet or wok.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Stir in the cooked lamb, sweet and sour sauce, and orange sections.
  • Heat through.
  • Top with chopped almonds.
  • Ready in 25 min.
