Sweet Potato Casserole
One potato, two potato, three potato, sweet potato. This dish will taste so luxurious and decadent that you’ll have a hard time not keeping it to yourself. Be sure to double the recipe so you can share.
Ingredients
- 3 mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 333/1000 cup(s) milk
- 1/2 cup(s) chopped pecans
- 2 1/2 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
- 1/4 cup(s) flour
- 1/2 cup(s) firmly packed brown sugar
Instructions

Mix and spoon into 2-quart casserole dish the first six ingredients and top with the remaining four ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
