Ingredients

  

  • 16 ounce(s) cod fillets
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup(s) reduced fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon(s) chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter, melted

Instructions

 

  • Place fish fillets in a glass-baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Brush with lemon juice.
  • Broil fish for 5 to 7 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout.
  • In small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions and butter.
  • Remove fish from heat and spread with sour cream mixture.
  • Broil 2 more minutes or until lightly browned.
