Cabbage & Broccoli Salmon

Ingredients

  

  • 16 ounce(s) cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) broccoli slaw
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 4/25 ounce(s) sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 ounce(s) cooked salmon

Instructions

 

  • Mix cabbage and broccoli, place in colander, then rinse and drain.
  • Place olive oil and sesame seeds in large skillet, over medium heat.
  • When oil is hot, add cabbage mixture.
  • Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes; reduce heat to “low” and add salmon.
  • Steam fish and vegetables about 4 minutes and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Ready in 20 min.
