Spicy Apricot Chicken
Apricot marmalade, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice are the enticing “components” for this perfect baked chicken.
Ingredients
- 5 7/25 tablespoon(s) orange apricot marmalade (0.33 cup)
- 5 7/25 tablespoon(s) hot barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 32 ounce(s) chicken pieces
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine marmalade, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice, mixing well.

Place chicken skin side up in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan lined with aluminum foil.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Pour sauce over chicken and bake one hour, basting occasionally.

Increase heat to 400 degrees and bake 15 minutes longer.
