  • 5 7/25 tablespoon(s) orange apricot marmalade (0.33 cup)
  • 5 7/25 tablespoon(s) hot barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 32 ounce(s) chicken pieces
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste

Instructions

 

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine marmalade, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice, mixing well.
  • Place chicken skin side up in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan lined with aluminum foil.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and bake one hour, basting occasionally.
  • Increase heat to 400 degrees and bake 15 minutes longer.
  • Ready in 1 hour and 20 min.
