
Chicken Stir-Fry
This chicken dinner is going to make quite a stir. Imagine a typical stir fry combined with a barbecue sauce and that’s what you get with this dish. It’s perfect for those nights when you’re short on both time and ingredients.
Ingredients
- 10 ounce(s) couscous
- 16 ounce(s) boneless, skinless chicken, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 onion, sliced
- 333/1000 cup(s) honey mustard
- 2 667/1000 ounce(s) barbecue sauce
Instructions

Prepare couscous according to package directions.

Keep warm.

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over “high” heat; stir-fry chicken for 5 minutes until well browned.

Transfer to bowl.

In the same skillet, stir-fry bell pepper and onion strips for 3 minutes until crisp-tender.

Return chicken to the skillet.

Stir in 2/3 cup of water, mustard and barbecue sauce.

Heat to boiling, stirring often.
