Ingredients
- 1 large onion, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices, separated into rings
- 333/1000 cup(s) maple-flavored syrup
- 4 tablespoon(s) spicy brown mustard
- 48 ounce(s) country-style pork ribs, trimmed of fat, cut into 3-inch pieces
Instructions

Place onion rings in 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker.

In small bowl, combine syrup and mustard; mix well.

Spread evenly over ribs.

Place coated ribs over onion.

Cover and cook on “low” setting for at least 8 hours.
