Sweet Ricotta Cones

It’s a cannoli in a cone. All of the great ingredients of the Italian favorite, only in a different shape. The kids will love them!

Ingredients

  

  • 15 ounce(s) part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 2/3 cup(s) confectioners’ sugar
  • 4/25 tablespoon(s) grated orange peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1/8 cup(s) miniature chocolate chips
  • 10 sugar ice cream cones

Instructions

 

  • In a large bowl with electric mixer at low speed, beat ricotta cheese, sugar, orange peel and vanilla extract just until smooth.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • To serve, spoon mixture directly into ice cream cones.
  • Ready in 30 min.
