Sugar Free Pecan Pie

This sweet Southern classic is usually loaded with sugar, but not this version. The only thing better than pecan pie… is sugar-free pecan pie. Go ahead and have seconds.

Ingredients

  

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked crust
  • 1 cup(s) sugar free maple syrup
  • 4 cup(s) eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 6 pkg. Sweet ‘N Low
  • 2 tablespoon(s) stick butter
  • 1 cup(s) pecans

Instructions

 

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Beat eggs slightly and add syrup and vanilla extract.
  • Melt butter and mix into egg mixture.
  • Add salt and Sweet ‘N Low sweetener.
  • Beat well; then add pecans and stir and pour into pie shell and bake for about 60 minutes or until center is firm.
  • Ready in 1 hour and 15 min.
