Sugar Free Pecan Pie
This sweet Southern classic is usually loaded with sugar, but not this version. The only thing better than pecan pie… is sugar-free pecan pie. Go ahead and have seconds.
Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked crust
- 1 cup(s) sugar free maple syrup
- 4 cup(s) eggs
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 6 pkg. Sweet ‘N Low
- 2 tablespoon(s) stick butter
- 1 cup(s) pecans
Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat eggs slightly and add syrup and vanilla extract.

Melt butter and mix into egg mixture.

Add salt and Sweet ‘N Low sweetener.

Beat well; then add pecans and stir and pour into pie shell and bake for about 60 minutes or until center is firm.

Ready in 1 hour and 15 min.
