Heart Healthy Unbelievable Popovers

So good you won’t be able to help but feel guilty over this sinfully awesome treat. Light, fluffy and fat-free popovers! You will need a popover pan to prepare this egg-cellent recipe.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 1 cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

Instructions

 

  • Lightly grease a popover pan and refrigerate.
  • Beat together eggs and milk.
  • Mix in flour and salt and stir until moistened.
  • Ignore any lumps in the batter.
  • Pour batter into chilled pan.
  • Place pan into cold oven; heat oven to 450 degrees and bake for 30 minutes, or until popovers have set.
  • Ready in 50 min.
