
Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 floz water
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
- 1/2 ounce(s) white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) chicken bouillon granules
- 1 tablespoon(s) cooking oil, Low Fat
- 10 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 ounce(s) fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 4 ounce(s) can water chestnut, sliced
- 4 servings of hot, cooked rice
- 1 cup(s) broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup(s) chopped red pepper
Instructions

Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces.

Blend water, chicken bouillon, soy sauce, cornstarch and wine.

Stir-fry chicken and when almost done, remove.

Add garlic, mushrooms, broccoli and green onions.

Stir-fry.

Return chicken to wok.

Stir in sauce.

Serve over rice.
