  • 16 ounce(s) boneless chicken breast- cut in strips
  • 1/4 cup(s) egg substitute
  • 1/4 cup(s) flour
  • 1/4 cup(s) cornmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning

Instructions

 

  • Cut chicken in strips.
  • Combine flour, cornmeal and spices.
  • Roll chicken first in egg, then in flour mixture.
  • Repeat.
  • Place chicken on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick vegetable oil spray.
  • Spray chicken with spray until all flour is moistened.
  • Bake at 350 degrees until done, 20-30 minutes, turning once.
