Lovely Low Sodium Chicken

Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) boneless chicken breast- cut in strips
- 1/4 cup(s) egg substitute
- 1/4 cup(s) flour
- 1/4 cup(s) cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
Instructions

Cut chicken in strips.

Combine flour, cornmeal and spices.

Roll chicken first in egg, then in flour mixture.

Repeat.

Place chicken on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick vegetable oil spray.

Spray chicken with spray until all flour is moistened.

Bake at 350 degrees until done, 20-30 minutes, turning once.
