Ingredients
- 15 ounce(s) dark red kidney beans or black beans, drained, rinsed
- 10 ounce(s) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 1 medium tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) sliced scallions
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1/4 cup(s) chili sauce
- 3 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 lettuce leaves
Instructions

In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.

In small bowl, combine chili sauce and remaining ingredients except lettuce; pour over vegetables and stir to coat.
