Tuna Chili
Sometimes you’ll find pleasure in the least likely places. That’s the case with this terrific tuna chili. If you’ve got time to whip up something great and gourmet, make this your dish.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) cilantro
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 celery stalk
- 2 cup(s) black beans
- 24 tablespoon(s) chili peppers
- 12 ounce(s) can corn
- 6 teaspoon(s) garlic
- 12 ounce(s) diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup(s) tomato sauce
- 6 teaspoon(s) cajun seasoning
- 6 teaspoon(s) Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoon(s) salt
- 6 teaspoon(s) cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) hot sauce, to taste
- 32 ounce(s) ahi tuna, smoked and chopped
- 1 Chopped parsley, for garnish
- 1 sour cream, for garnish
- 1 chopped onions, for garnish
Instructions

Mix all ingredients except tuna and bring to slow boil.

Simmer 5 minutes.

Add tuna.

Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serve topped with parsley, sour cream and chopped onions.
