Ingredients

  

  • 2 cup(s) cider vinegar
  • 2 cup(s) pineapple juice
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  • 8 floz water
  • 1 green bell peppers, deseeded and medium diced
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and medium diced
  • 1 onion, medium diced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) canola oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) diced pineapple
  • 1 ounce(s) seafood seasoning
  • 16 ounce(s) tuna steaks

Instructions

 

  • For the sauce, in a saucepan bring vinegar, juice and sugar to a boil.
  • Add cornstarch slurry.
  • Simmer, stirring constantly, until thick.
  • Saute peppers and onion in canola oil; add to sauce with diced pineapple.
  • Season tuna steaks and grill until desired temperature.
  • Serve tuna topped with sauce.
