Basil & Cheese Tortilla Wedges

One can never have too many appetizers. These basil and cheese tortilla wedges require little time and effort, yet yield a satisfying end product. They’re fabulous finger foods for an afternoon snack or a party favorite.

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 3 tablespoon(s) cream cheese, softened
  • 333/1000 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 fresh basil leaves
  • 667/1000 tablespoon(s) zesty Italian dressing
  • 2 teaspoon(s) grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place 1 tortilla on baking sheet; spread with cream cheese.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese, basil leaves and second tortilla.
  • Brush or drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cut into eight wedges to serve.
  • Ready in 15 min 5 min prep.
