Ravioli with Cherry Tomatoes and Cheese

You can use any kind of ravioli in this recipe; sausage ravioli or cheese ravioli, either way, this recipe is all cherries! Easy to make and one your family will enjoy, make it a ravioli night tonight.

Ingredients

  

  • 2 cup(s) red and yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 33/100 cup(s) fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
  • 25 ounce(s) frozen ravioli

Instructions

 

  • In a large bowl, toss together the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Let stand about 1 hour.
  • Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil, and cook the ravioli about 5 minutes, until tender and heated through.
  • Drain, and toss with the cherry tomato mixture to serve.
