Salmon Manicotti
Tired of the same old mainstream manicotti? This decadent salmon dish is high diving in goodness and a great-tasting variation of a traditional treat.
Ingredients
- 8 manicotti
- 2 cup(s) cooked flaked salmon
- 1 cup(s) grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup(s) grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 6 tablespoon(s) sour cream
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/4 cup(s) tomato sauce
Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook manicotti shells according to package directions.

Mix together remaining ingredients except tomato sauce.

Stuff shells with mixture.

Pour about 3/4 of the tomato sauce over the bottom of a large baking pan and place shells on top.

Spread the remaining sauce over the top of the shells to keep moist.

Bake about 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.

You can sprinkle more cheese on the top while baking.
