Fettuccine Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) (1 lb) uncooked fettuccine
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 1/4 cup(s) half and half
- 3 ounce(s) (3/4 cup) fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add half-and-half, cheese, salt, and pepper; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
