Triple Cheese Macaroni

Ingredients

  

  • 1 cup(s) elbow macaroni
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup(s) whole milk
  • 1/2 cup(s) half-and-half
  • 8 tablespoon(s) heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) chopped parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) sea salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) ranch seasoning
  • 10 ounce(s) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 5 ounce(s) Monterey jack cheese, grated
  • 5 ounce(s) Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook the macaroni according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Add the milk, half and half, cream, parsley, sugar, cayenne, salt and ranch seasoning and mix until well blended.
  • Add the macaroni, cheddar, Monterey jack and Parmesan cheeses and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Pour into a large baking dish.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap, then cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Ready in 1 hour 15 min prep.
