Triple Cheese Macaroni
This will be the best Mac & cheese you will ever have! It is a tri-fecta of delicious cheese blends. It will become a family staple.
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) elbow macaroni
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup(s) whole milk
- 1/2 cup(s) half-and-half
- 8 tablespoon(s) heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon(s) sea salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) ranch seasoning
- 10 ounce(s) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 5 ounce(s) Monterey jack cheese, grated
- 5 ounce(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Cook the macaroni according to package directions, drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs.

Add the milk, half and half, cream, parsley, sugar, cayenne, salt and ranch seasoning and mix until well blended.

Add the macaroni, cheddar, Monterey jack and Parmesan cheeses and mix until fully incorporated.

Pour into a large baking dish.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap, then cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Ready in 1 hour 15 min prep.
