Whole Grain Croutons

For added kick, you can add a dash of garlic powder or Italian seasoning.

Ingredients

  

  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 tablespoon(s) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon(s) melted butter

Instructions

 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut crusts off bread; cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes.
  • Toss bread cubes with butter to coat; add cheese and toss until well combined.
  • Spread bread cubes in a large pan.
  • Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
