Ingredients

  

  • 32 floz water
  • 1 cup(s) yellow stone ground grits
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk
  • 1 cup(s) chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) white pepper
  • 16 ounce(s) heavy whipping cream

Instructions

 

  • Bring water to boil in heavy pot.
  • Add remaining ingredients and return to boil, stirring constantly.
  • Reduce heat; simmer 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Grits are done when they are a thick and creamy consistency.
