
Spicy Crab Cakes
This crab cake recipe tastes so great that you’ll never go back to making them any other way. The spicy seasoning gives it just the right kick. It’s a shell of a meal.
Ingredients
- 32 ounce(s) crab meat
- 5 egg yolks, beaten
- 33/50 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
- 2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
- 2 1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs
Instructions

Remove all cartilage from crabmeat.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients.

Shape into patties.

Dredge in flour and cook cakes in frying pan until golden brown.
