Cold Veggie and Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  

  • 16 ounce(s) whole wheat thin spaghetti pasta, cooked and drained
  • 2 cup(s) low-fat Italian salad dressing (1 bottle)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 6 green onions
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 1/4 ounce(s) pitted black olives (1 small can)
  • 1/4 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

 

  • In large bowl, place pasta and cut up fresh vegetables.
  • Pour in 1/2 of the bottle of Italian dressing.
  • Put in olives and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Let chill for 2 hours, then pour remaining dressing on salad and serve.
