
Cold Veggie and Pasta Salad
Looking for a creative, go-to pasta salad recipe that’s simple to whip up and sure to be a party favorite? This healthy, whole wheat pasta salad takes only minutes to prepare, and can be put together ahead of time and chilled until it’s party time.
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) whole wheat thin spaghetti pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 cup(s) low-fat Italian salad dressing (1 bottle)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 6 green onions
- 1 cucumber
- 2 1/4 ounce(s) pitted black olives (1 small can)
- 1/4 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

In large bowl, place pasta and cut up fresh vegetables.

Pour in 1/2 of the bottle of Italian dressing.

Put in olives and sprinkle with cheese.

Let chill for 2 hours, then pour remaining dressing on salad and serve.
