
Yogurt Bran Muffins
It’s a bran new day with these mouthwatering muffins. Prepared with a handful of healthy ingredients, they’re the perfect way to top off your morning. They’re so good you won’t believe they’re healthy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) all-bran cereal (crushed)
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 12 ounce(s) non-fat yogurt
- 1 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 333/1000 cup(s) Splenda granular
- 1 1/4 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
Instructions

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease bottoms of 12 muffin moulds, or use baking cups.

Crush cereal.

Stir together egg whites, oil, and yogurt.

Stir in cereal and dry ingredients (except optional additions), just until moistened.

Fold in optional additions.

Spoon batter evenly into tins.

Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
