
Salmon and Crab Salad
Under the sea, darlin’ it’s better, down where it’s wetter, take it from this delicious seafood duo! Like salmon? Like crab? Then you’ll love this rich combination.
Ingredients
- 4 8-oz. salmon filets
- 16 ounce(s) baby salad greens
- 1 ounce(s) white wine
- 8 ounce(s) lump crabmeat
- 8 ounce(s) bechamel (white) sauce
- 12 cherry tomatoes
Instructions

Season with salt and pepper and grill salmon to desired temperature.

Saute’ micro greens for 10 seconds in hot saute’ pan.

Deglaze with white wine.

Place greens on four plates and top each with salmon, crabmeat, halved tomatoes and bechamel.
