Ingredients

  

  • 4 large chopped tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic diced
  • 667/1000 cup(s) diced fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 large onion chopped finely
  • 1 ounce(s) fresh lime juice
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped finely
  • 1 salt, to taste

Instructions

 

  • Add tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, onion and lime juice in a bowl.
  • Add the jalapenos in increments and taste test to make sure the salsa is not too hot.
  • Salt to liking.
  • You may choose to allow the salsa to chill in the fridge for an hour to allow the ingredients to blend together even more.
