
Tomato-Infused Roast
This simple, three ingredient roast truly rocks. You pick the marinade, but the sun-dried tomatoes infuse a flavor that’s hard to ignore. It’s a flavor you’ll savor for a long time to come.
Ingredients
- 1 16-oz. beef shoulder roast
- 1 any marinade of your choosing
- 4 or 5 sun dried tomatoes, sliced
Instructions

Trim fat and cut roast in half at an angle.

Make small slits in meat and push tomatoes inside in different areas.

Cover with marinade and set in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Cook on grill for 5 minutes.

Place in 400-degree oven for another 5 minutes for rare.
