
Bacon and Cabbage Slaw
Perfect for a summer picnic or to go with a backyard BBQ.
Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon
- 6 cup(s) cabbage, raw shredded
- 1 cup(s) coleslaw dressing
- 1/2 cup(s) blue cheese crumbled
- 1 cup(s) cherry tomatoes – cut in half
Instructions

Place bacon in skillet, Cook over med-high heat until brown, crumble and set aside.

In large bowl, combine bacon, cabbage and dressing.

Mix well.

Sprinkle with the sliced cherry tomatoes and blue cheese.

Refrigerate and serve chilled.
