Proscuitto Wrapped Figs

Ingredients

  

  • 8 fresh figs
  • 8 slices prosciutto, very thin
  • 1 ounce(s) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup(s) pine nuts, toasted (chopped Pecans work too)
  • 1 floz Amarula cream liqueur
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) honey

Instructions

 

  • Mix filling ingredients together.
  • Slice a small incision at the base of each fig.
  • Place an eighth of mixture in each fig.
  • Gentlly wrap each fig with prosciutto so it holds in the stuffing.
  • No Cooking Needed.
