
Low-Fat Cheesy Potato Casserole
There are so many different ways to skin a potato, but few are as satisfying as this cheesy potato casserole. Serve with the main staple of your choice. It’s the perfect accompaniment to almost any meal.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can low-fat cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup(s) non-fat sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
- 32 ounce(s) frozen hash brown potatoes
- 3/4 cup(s) crushed corn flake crumbs
- 1 dash(es) vegetable oil cooking spray
Instructions

Heat butter, sour cream, soup and cheese until cheese melts.

Spray with oil a 9×13 inch dish.

Put potatoes in dish.

Pour cheese mixture over potatoes.

Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs.

Spray lightly with oil spray.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
