Orange Dijon Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  

  • 1/4 cup(s) dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup(s) ketchup
  • 333/1000 cup(s) orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon(s) reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) dried minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 12 chicken wings

Instructions

 

  • Blend mustard, ketchup, marmalade, soy sauce and garlic in a small bowl.
  • Place chicken wings in a resealable plastic bag.
  • Coat wings with 1/2 of mustard mix and reserve the rest to use as a dipping sauce.
  • Refrigerate all for at least 1 hour (the longer the wings marinate, the better the flavor).
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Arrange chicken on baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 minutes and drain off any fat.
  • Bake another 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Heat remaining mustard mixture and use as dipping sauce.
