Super Lemony Chicken
Take a delicious departure from plain old chicken with this zesty dish. Tangy, saucy and fabulous it’s perfect for company or just a weeknight dinner!
Ingredients
- 24 ounce(s) chicken breast, skinned and fat removed
- 8 floz fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
- 8 tablespoon(s) fresh sliced lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon(s) dried oregano, crushed or 3 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
Instructions

Place chicken in 13x9x2″ glass baking dish.

Mix lemon juice, vinegar, lemon peel, oregano and onions.

Pour over chicken, cover and marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

Uncover and bake 30 minutes more or until done.
