Ingredients

  

  • 1 1/2 pound(s) flank steak
  • 333/1000 cup(s) lime juice, freshly-squeezed
  • 1/4 cup(s) fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh ginger, peeled, minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

Instructions

 

  • Trim fat from steak.
  • Combine steak and remaining ingredients in a large zip-top bag.
  • Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
  • Spray grill or broiler with nonstick coating.
  • Remove steak from bag and discard marinade.
  • Place steak on grill rack or broiler pan.
  • Cook for 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
  • Let steak sit 5 minutes or longer, then cut diagonally across grain into thin slices.
