Asian Roll Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients
- 1 pound(s) ground chicken or turkey breast
- 2 tablespoon(s) garlic
- 4 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cup(s) cooked brown rice
- 16 romaine or Bibb lettuce leaves
- 1 cup(s) green onions
- 1 cup(s) green or red pepper
- 1 cup(s) bean sprout
- 1 cup(s) zucchini
- 33/100 cup(s) soy sauce
- 33/100 cup(s) water
- 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 3 teaspoon(s) garlic, minced
- 3 teaspoon(s) fresh ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon(s) sugars
Instructions

Cook ground meat with green onions.

Once meat is almost done, add in the rest of the veggies, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.

When meat is completely done, add rice and stir until well mixed.

Add all the ingredients for sauce and put in small saucers so everyone gets one.

Wrap meat mixture in lettuce leaves and dip in the sauce.
