  • 80 ounce(s) chuck pot roast
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 family-size can low-fat, low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 dry onion soup mix
  • 33/100 tablespoon(s) powdered garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1/4 cup(s) flour

Instructions

 

  • Cut 5 pounds of pot roast into 2-inch cubes and add to crock pot.
  • Add 2 medium onions chopped coarsely.
  • Add cream of mushroom soup.
  • Add 1 dry onion soup mix.
  • Add 1 tbs garlic, 1/2 tbs pepper, and 4 tbsp flour.
  • Slow cook overnight.
  • Serve with whole-grain rice.
