Creamy Chicken Noodle Casserole
There’s nothing simpler than a one pot meal that takes little effort. Use your noodles and prepare this creamy chicken noodle casserole that will have your family coming back for seconds… and thirds.
Ingredients
- 8 ounce(s) mini lasagna pasta, uncooked
- 1/2 cup(s) fat free sour cream
- 1 cup(s) low fat chicken broth
- 4 tablespoon(s) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) egg substitute
- 6 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 cup(s) chopped fresh broccoli florets, blanched and drained
- 12 ounce(s) cubed cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 33/100 ounce(s) bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.

Prepare a 8″ square casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine soup and milk.

Mix well.

Stir in cooked noodles, chicken, vegetables, and salt.

Mix well again.

Spoon mixture into prepared dish.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
