Healthy Garden Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) fresh chopped broccoli (or thawed and well-drained frozen)
- 1/4 cup(s) chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 33/100 tablespoon(s) light butter
- 8 slices Light Velveeta cheese, cut up
- 3/25 cup(s) flour
- 1 cup(s) Morningstar Farm Scramblers (2-4-oz. cartons)
- 1 cup(s) skim milk
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup(s) shredded carrots
Instructions

In a saucepan, cook onions and garlic in 1 tablespoon butter.

In a bowl, toss cheese pieces with flour.

Add onion mix and remaining ingredients.

Pour into lightly oiled 9-inch pie plate.
