Ingredients

  

  • 2 cup(s) snow peas
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) sliced almonds
  • 2 teaspoon(s) shallots minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch(es) garlic salt to taste

Instructions

 

  • Place oil in medium skillet over medium heat.
  • Add almonds and cook until golden and fragrant, stirring frequently, about 1 1/2 minutes.
  • Add snow peas and shallot; saut until snow peas are crisp-tender, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
  • Remove skillet from heat; add lemon juice.
  • Season to taste with garlic salt and serve.
