Greek Chicken Pita
It’s all Greek to us. Enjoy a pita sandwich heaven with this chicken sandwich that’s downright delicious. It’s love at first bite… and you don’t even have to feel guilty for indulging.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup(s) finely chopped cucumber
- 4/25 tablespoon(s) dried dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) dried mint, crushed
- 4 large pita bread rounds
- 4 portions shredded lettuce
- 6 ounce(s) thinly sliced fully cooked deli chicken breast
- 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
- 33/100 cup(s) crumbled reduced fat feta cheese
Instructions

Dressing: In a small mixing bowl stir together yogurt, cucumber, dillweed, and mint.

Set aside.

Sandwich: Place a pita bread round on a plate.

Top with lettuce, chicken, tomato, and feta cheese.

Spoon dressing on top.

Roll up the pita bread.

Secure with wooden toothpicks.
