  • 256 ounce(s) ground beef
  • 2 large onions, finely chopped
  • 10 celery stalks, finely chopped (1 bunch)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup(s) barbecue sauce
  • 4 tablespoon(s) Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
  • 3 cup(s) breadcrumbs

Instructions

 

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Place in 1-pound loaf pan (preferably with drip rack) and bake covered at 350 F for 50 minutes.
  • Uncover pan and continue baking for 12 minutes.
