Sweet Banana French Toast

What can be better than french toast on banana bread? Nothing! This delectable treat can be a sweet breakfast or dessert. Any time you eat it, you are sure to savor every bite.

Ingredients

  

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoon(s) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 banana nut loaf
  • 1 confectioners powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

 

  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla with a fork.
  • Set aside.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Slice banana bread into 4 thick slices.
  • Dip each slice into the egg mixture, then place in the hot pan.
  • Cook on each side until golden brown.
  • Dust with confectioners’ sugar just before serving.
  • Ready in 15 min.
