
Baked Coconut Granola Bars
We’re raising the bar with this coconut granola treat. It’s a great grab and go snack that will get rid of those hunger pangs and make those tastebuds giddy.Treat yourself to homeade granola goodness.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup(s) packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup(s) peanut butter
- 1/2 cup(s) corn syrup
- 1/2 cup(s) butter or margarine, melted
- 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 3 cup(s) old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup(s) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup(s) flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup(s) sunflower kernels
- 1/3 cup(s) wheat germ
- 2 teaspoon(s) sesame seeds
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, peanut butter, corn syrup, butter and vanilla.

Combine the remaining ingredients; add to peanut butter mixture and stir to coat.

Press into two greased 13 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool on wire racks.

Cut into bars.

Ready in 40 min.
