Italian Fusilli Pasta Salad
Get silly for fusilli! This pasta salad is perfect for a potluck. Quick and easy to make, the fusilli pasta will fulfill your dining delights.
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) fusilli pasta
- 1 cup(s) frozen petite peas, thawed
- 7 7/10 tablespoon(s) black olives, sliced
- 8 ounce(s) genoa salami, cubed
- 3/4 cup(s) green onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup(s) celery, chopped
- 8 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 (0.7 oz) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
- 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 3/25 cup(s) milk
Instructions

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.

In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, milk and Italian dressing mix.

Whisk together until smooth, set aside.

In a large salad bowl combine cooked and cooled pasta, peas, olives, salami, green onions, celery and parsley.

Mix in dressing last, reserving 1/2 cup and let sit over night in fridge.

Stir before serving.

Add extra dressing if pasta appears dry.
