- 6 ounce(s) frozen or fresh pea pods
- 1/4 ounce(s) chopped green onions
- 1 cup(s) bean sprout
- 1/4 cup(s) celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) water chestnuts, sliced
Make a dressing out of first 5 ingredients.
Toss pea pods, onion, and bean sprouts with dressing.
Chill overnight.
Immediately before serving, add celery, water chestnuts and toss.
